This policy statement governs the selection and operation of the CollabLaw.com Featured Blogs Program.

1. Inclusion

Blogs are included, or not, as CollabLaw.com Featured Blogs upon recommendation and in the sole discretion of the Editors of CollabLaw.com and Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc. There is no objective standard for this editorial decision.

2. Continuance

The fact that a blog is selected as a CollabLaw.com Featured Blog does not guarantee inclusion of this blog in this program for any specific time period. Blogs may be deselected and no longer included as CollabLaw.com Featured Blogs at any time in the sole discretion of the CollabLaw.com Editors.

3. Graphic

So long as a Blog is included in the CollabLaw.com Featured Blog program, the Blog shall post the graphic shown above "CollabLaw.com Featured Blog" and this graphic must be linked to the url www.CollabLaw.com/Blogs. This graphic must appear in the first screen visible at the top of each Featured Blog. Failure to include this graphic will result in deselection.
